Well, we have movies quotes and TV quotes. So, why not book quotes? Quotes from poetry count too. (in b4 billions of twilight quotes) I have tons, but I'll just use my absolute favourite to start this thread off. ❝Men have been taught that it is a virtue to agree with others. But the creator is the man who disagrees. Men have been taught that it is a virtue to swim with the current. But the creator is the man who goes against the current. Men have been taught that it is a virtue to stand together. But the creator is the man who stands alone.❞ - Howard Roark from The Fountainhead

This is a few quotes from the book I am re-reading again,The Encounter,the third book in the Animorphs series:
<Rachel. I think I'm losing myself.>
"Wh-- What... How do you mean?" she asked. She bit her lip and tried not to let me see. But of course, hawk eyes miss nothing...
"You belong with us," Rachel said firmly. "You are a human being, Tobias... A person isn't hi body. A person isn't what's on the outside."

"'I feel infinite.'" ~ Charlie, The Perks of Being A Wallflower
"'But where does it stop? Who can we shoot? I don't aim to starve to death before I kill the man that's starving me.' 'I don't know. Maybe there's nobody to shoot. Maybe the thing isn't men at all. Maybe, like you said, the property's doing it.'" ~ Un-named Tractor-er, The Grapes of Wrath

"They're not that different from you, are they? Same haircuts. Full of hormones, just like you. Invincible, just like you feel. The world is their oyster. They believe they're destined for great things, just like many of you, their eyes are full of hope, just like you. Did they wait until it was too late to make from their lives even one iota of what they were capable? Because, you see gentlemen, these boys are now fertilizing daffodils. But if you listen real close, you can hear them whisper their legacy to you. Go on, lean in. Listen, you hear it? - - Carpe - - hear it? - - Carpe, carpe diem, seize the day boys, make your lives extraordinary. "
-John Keating "Dead Poets Society"
probably one of my favorite quotes.

"Press one for bar hours. Press two to request a party. Press three to talk to a living human or a dead vampire. Or, if you're just as prankster looking to leave us a message, know this: we will find you." - Pam

"You’ve experienced the way I can manipulate the emotions around myself, Bella, but I wonder if you realize how the feelings in a room affect me. I live every day in a climate of emotion. For the first century of my life, I lived in a world of bloodthirsty vengeance. Hate was my constant companion.” - Jasper Hale - "Eclipse"

And the coming wind did roar more loud, And the sails did sigh like sedge ; And the rain poured down from one black cloud ; The Moon was at its edge. The thick black cloud was cleft, and still The Moon was at its side : Like waters shot from some high crag, The lightning fell with never a jag, A river steep and wide. The loud wind never reached the ship, Yet now the ship moved on ! Beneath the lightning and the Moon The dead men gave a groan. --- Ok, it's from a poem. We're supposed to learn a poem for our english exames and I found this beautifull but gigantic poem. This is one of it's MANY awesome parts. I'd reccomend it to anyone who's obsessed/intrigued by magic It's from "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, you'll be reading some more quotes from time to time
