Well, you heard it recently. Steve Jobs resigns as CEO BUT will remain as chairman of the board of Apple Inc. To the opposing non-Apple fans including myself, it sounds like a total victory and one day Android will win, but I fear this victory may fall short due the continuous lawsuits the company is trying to spew out. Remember that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been stopped to enter the European market, and the other Galaxy phones are affected too, including the flagship Galaxy S II. You may even remember that Apple also tampered with evidences too when they send them to court, the European judges have no idea about it and then ban the Samsung devices straight away. www.phonearena.com/news/Apple-doctors-more-images-to-increase-similarities-with-Samsung-devices_id21367www.phonearena.com/news/Apples-German-court-filings-made-the-Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-10.1-look-more-identical-to-the-iPad-2-than-it-is_id21244I don't know about you, but will this consider a true victory a nice one, a short one, or not even a real victory at all? Let's hear it from you. And again, with Tim Cook as the new CEO, I sure hope he is not going to be the new Shepherd for the iSheep. After all, those bogus lawsuits are out of control and become a giant nuisance to everyone these days. Most importantly, let's hope he is not like President Obama, who claim change and we all happy at first until he became the worst president after George W. Bush, which now continue to make us feel so sad and angry.

I knew you're going to know that this victory will fall short. Me neither, because I know Apple is tough and they won't go down easily as long as they have the big cash in their hands and treasuries.
So far, the lawsuits still continue to push on despite Steve's resignation, and I hope Tim Cook better not make too many of them just like Steve did, otherwise, he'll be the new Shepherd for the iSheeps.

I like your metaphore Kokusho, and I have to say that in fact they'd better not make too much lawsuits or iEpic is going to become i$hit

And actually the iSheep is a real word, look up in Wikipedia. Sadly my colleague in my old college is an iSheep and still do whatever it takes to defend Apple. Damn, those iSheeps are annoying, it's just like following the false prophet. Sure, patent lawsuits maybe something, but never can be done excessively, otherwise, the true colors will be revealed. But sadly, Apple already revealed themselves of their true colors since they tampered with the Galaxy series and most of all, getting rid of the Android competition when they failed to topple the PC in the past.

just as a bit of info, Steve's not the one thats been calling all of the law suits recently. the guy now seated as the CEO is the one that has been. (if ive got my info right) You mean Tim Cooks is the one who did it? Are you sure? Do you have any proof so I can read about it? Many people always think it's Steve is responsible for all of these. IF you are right about this one, Apple might become a lot stronger and will be very difficult to counterattack, Google & Samsung are going to rethink again, it's just like fighting against a hardcore chess grandmaster, no longer an average state champion. But then again, the hatred coming from PC & Android fans including myself will boil a lot even more, it turned from bad to worse. Well, it's true, when all that money they profited, none of them goes to any charity, they're used as lawsuit weapons instead, a very very sinful act!

eh, best friends Google. its not like i book mark everything i read so chance of me finding this stuff agains low.
however i can tell you for sour that Steve's only done 1 thing while he been on sic leave and that was introducing the iPad 2. so the chance of him being behind the recent string of lawsuits is little to non.

Hmm, I see. Well, one thing for sure that comes to mind to non-Apple fans, it's because they point finger straight towards Steve in an instant. The most obvious ones are the iPhone 4's Grip of Death & his anti-Flash issues, and hence it become so obvious, many people turn to Android instead, an OS that doesn't require voiding their warranty.
