I haven't seen it yet. I read it way before the huge waves of obsessive fangirls ate the fandom alive but I plan in seeing the movie in about two weeks. That way the screaming preteens have already seen it for the 18th time and won't ruin my movie. XD

I read it about a month before it became BAMOMGEDWARDDD. XD [Psht, Jasper's better anyways.] I saw it when I came in on Tuesday night. Personally, I think you need to read the books to get it fully - they left out a couple of parts, and you won't get as to why everyone is laughing at Edward's facial expressions and how Jasper's always like without them explaining his power. I loved it. Yeah, so they didn't make it exactly like the book, but it was fairly close, despite some of the disappointments. HELLO NO GOLD ROOM WTF. They did switch a few things around, like sun coming before the meadow ... and it was fit for more of a movie, because I didn't really see the book as a movie with how it was written. It had movie of a movie thrill to it compared to the book, which had no suspense until the end. I don't really think you should judge it based off by what other people said, since this one has really mixed reviews. I know girls who loved it, I know girls who hated it. You need to be the judge based off what you think. If you want to see it, go for it. I'm also pretty sure many fans are pissed that it wasn't exactly like the books. (It's called they said it would be BASED, not like it, idiots.) It's kinda the same with Harry Potter - if you read the books, you notice all the flaws in the movies and tend to not like it as much as a person who's never read the books will. As for waiting for the book? You'll be waiting for awhile (Like, months. We still have girls waiting for Twilight from May in mine). I'd suggest buying the book at Wal-Mart, since they have all the books there pretty cheap. Either way, Twilight's still number one on the box office. XD

^It'll be over soon. It's just like Harry Potter - give it a couple of weeks before the movie craze dies down. There's no more books that are coming out, and the next movie won't be out until 2010 or late 2009. And by that time, the craze won't last as long.
It'll be something else soon. lol

and you won't get as to why everyone is laughing at Edward's facial expressions Is it because he's always constipated? Maybe he needs some laxatives. :/

I can't stand the whole Twilight craze.
..Normally, this is where I would go on for several paragraphs about why exactly I don't like it, how much I wish people would shut up about it, etc... But, I think I'm already going to get a few plastic vampire fang bites to the neck just for saying I can't stand it... So I'll keep my mouth shut.
^___^

I finally got around to seeing Twilight. My friend Johnny and I were bored so we decided to go see it (my sister came too). Over all it was okay, some parts were great and others were so friggen cheesy. There was only one other person in the theater so pretty much Johnny and I made fun of the movie the whole time XD. The acting at times was terrible though, and don't let me get started on the special effects.
I loved it when Bella and Edward were making out and her pants just like disappeared. I laughed so friggen hard.

I don't know why people didn't like the special affects. D: I mean yeah, some of them really did suck, but they were better than I've seen for some movies. xD

Meh I didn't really like it. I thought it was okay, but it's not the best work I've seen. It reminds me too much on Harry Potter (which I can't stand either) I thought I was the only person who didn't care for it much either (lots of members from my Kung Fu Panda forum weren't interested it much) I won't be seeing myself watching the sequel when it comes out (I forget how many books there was in the series but I know New Moon is coming up next.)
