Well, given enough time to make a post, everyone should be able to use correct english. This shouldn't have to be a problem, if the story stays interesting enough for all participants. Now there's the real issue, if you'd want something to be really succesfull, then you need to prepare. A storyline, plot, twists, characters backgrounds, all of that. Finally someone would have to be a supervizor, keeping things in check and posting deus-ex-machina's. I think it'd be possible, with the right amount of imagination And just to clarify, a storyline isn't as basic as the 2 lines on the previous page. You'd need something much more elaborate and detailed.

Well, you can judge whether I have good grammar or not. I can help if you want.
EDIT: I read your rules, but I think they're a tad too strict. What I mean to say is: It's not the end of the world if someone uses a different format than you do. The point is to have fun (I think...)! I understand forbidding Godmodding, Mary Sues, etc... though.

Hatchling:I understand what you mean, but think about it. There isn't any roleplays that use First, or second-person at all. Roleplaying strictly use third-person mostly, as it well defines the character, especially if you are playing more than one.
Because I am letting more than one character in an account, I want to keep it third-person. Otherwise, people can't tell which character are you roleplaying with.

Gah! What I meant was this: - Why do you want 'healthy paragraphs' and what do you consider a 'healthy paragraph'?
- Why only 2 Huntsclan characters?
- Why do we have to include everything the Character Creation list says? Plus back to the healthy paragraphs again.
- Why the roleplaying example?
There are not many AD:JL roleplayers out there, to tell you the truth, and some of them either don't have good grammar because English is not their first language, don't write healthy paragraphs because they don't have much to say or any other reason.

hatchling: I can rethink about removing the restriction of huntsclan, because I do not like people overpowering the use of just Huntsclan.
I did not say to include everything. Not all areas are required to be filled in. If the optional place you want to fill in is not in your mind, put "None" At that place.
The Example is needed so as to see how you exactly roleplay in an example of a scenario. This is a must for most, and I got no reason to remove it.
Healthy paragraphs means few sentences of words written in a paragraph with correct grammar and punctuation uses. Seriously, if you can't get that right, I got nothing to say.
I will not change any of the rules mentioned above, except for the Huntsclan part.

EDIT: Theory, let me tell you, I want to RP to have fun, not to make your perfect world. For that you write a fanfiction. If you want to RP, don't expect other people to be exactly the way you want them to be.

Sorry, but I don't care. So what if you have fun? You were obviously bargaining me. Again, I don't really care on how much people joins. If people starts to show attitude towards me, I show them the attitude towards them. Thats what I got when I first started roleplaying.
I used to had fun, until I got barred from roleplaying with other members. Is there any point having fun, if all you post is Mary Sues?
If you want to have more fun, put in more than just sentence.

If you want to have more fun, put in more than just sentence. Oh yes, I'm so sorry that you got such a bad treatment from your fellow roleplayers. Seriously, are you saying you're the Mary Sue?

I've got a brilliant idea: let's post things like this in threads they belong in. In other words, not in this thread. Let's not have it happen next time, shall we?

Hatchling: No, are you?
Honestly, if this is going to drag on, sooner or later a flame war will start, and this isn't the thread (or the forum) suggested to start. The link on the forum in your PM box is the ideal suggestion. I can't be bothered to argue in this thread, unless you are going to drag it on, which I am ready with.
Just keep the thread on-topic.

So you basically want me to start a flame-war in your 'friends' forum? And besides, I'd rather see and advertisement from someone with a cause than one from someone who 'doesn't care'. Ok, I think I'm done ranting, so back on topic: we can either do a fanfiction all the fans together or do an RPG all fans together. I believe this forum serves for both. Any more ideas or opinions?

What about a game mod ? Maybe with the HL2 engine ? I saw incredible mods using this.

Maybe. If we try to convince the creators.
I think it's not probable, though.
