I get to answer it, but with my new kickass computer arrives, testing results will have to delay as I'm transferring my stuff from my old computer with XP to the new one with Win7. Let's hope the Magic game I'm working will work well with the new one as well as the Steam files you gave me.

Knowing the frying pan you bought and knowing that with the wires and stuff you need an excellent cooling I'll suggest the following ones : at the time it was an upgrade from my previous case that had parc for venting... you should of see how pore the air flow was in that DeLL! after the new PSU went in the extra cabling became my problem. sadly i despise the full tower cases right now so nothing that big... thats actualy a case i had looked at but decided against. it lacks front mounted USB and Audio. that is the biggest fan i've ever seen on a PC! can i still know which of the 3 cases i listed you like the most? (i've only got a 70$ budget for this upgrade and these cases are all going to greatly help with my computers temps after i buy an extra fan for the front vents)

thank you for your impute. right now i keep on going back and forth on weather or not to even be buying a new case, whenever i open mine up i don't want to but when ever i looking at temps in games i really want a better case. however after some research and re imagining of the cable system in my PC, ive got my temps to rather good levels considering how stinking small it is.
also i would really like a new MoBo that allows me to mess with the BIOS and has a faster PCI buss. however every thing seems to point me in the direction of not doing so. should i plunge? i need an LGA 775 MoBo in mATX if im not changing cases but if i get the new case i can fit an ATX one. but seeing as i may want to just get a new processor all together maybe i should wait... however i really don't feel like spending 650$ on a new MoBo, Processor, and RAM if i do change CPU generations...
so just wait on the MoBo ideas and go for the new case that i can use later?

Ok, I got some couple of issues which I wonder if you notice, while playing Starcraft 2, I heard there's an overheating issue while playing the game. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starcraft_2#Overheating_video_cardsA previous edit I did was frameratecapglue=30 frameratecap=60 www.pcauthority.com.au/News/223306,how-to-dust-away-starcraft-2-overheating-issues.aspx Anyway, the main issue looks like it's the hardware being not cooled well. But I still got other issues like during video playback, especially on the Hyperion, my characters are talking out of sync in terms of the audio being choppy and then move on to the next dialogue, thus skipping, such as : Raynor : "Are you sure about this, Matt?" Matt : "Well, it's worth a try." Choppiness as - Raynor : "Are you sure, you sure, you sure, you sure, you sure about... Matt : "Well, it's worth a tttttttry." Can you help? I don't know what causes this, vertical sync or whatever it is, I already tone down my resolution far down towards only 720px high. Lower than that is only making my game less detail & less crispy, even on a WLED.

Well hopefully I'm getting a Vapor-X videocard so I guess that if I try this game I won't experience this problem

the audio one would be a driver based problem, the frame rates being bumpy would be related normally to the CPU seeing as they occur at the same time as the audio. my suggestion is to look for new drivers and BIO's updates for you computer. the other options is to uninstall the game and your drivers and just reinstall everything (drivers and the game). some times that will correct some problems (it worked on my laptop for the AVATAR game).
i would have to see it to be able to really say much more.

Well buddy sometimes the CPU isn't guilty but the game itself ya know ? There used to be a bug in HL2 with memory leaks who leaded for some computers to system crashes or BSOD's .

Give Starcraft 2 a try, it's the rockus for today's modern gaming! But it depends if you're into any RTS, the RTS genre died long time ago but Starcraft 2 managed to revive it.
