Recently, the TSA in the United States has begun to use more aggressive methods of searching passengers at security checks. Very invasive methods such as full body scanners and pat-downs have been used in various airports across the United States. As a result, there has been a huge outcry against these methods. The TSA believes that any form of security check in the name of national security is justifiable, and despite the outcry, 80% of the air travelers are not against this act. Is the TSA going overboard with their security checks, or do Americans need to get a grip?

September 11 is nothing to forget about, so they'll keep it tight really hard. An ally country also intercepted a parcel bomb before.
According to Al-Qaeda, they'll bleed America to death by attacking its economy. Massacre of lives is not what they're doing these days though. Well, that's what I got from last week's newspaper.
EDIT : On another note, I also remember Paris already received New York's infamous bed bugs now.

Get to go through these tomorrow... part of me is intrigued as I want to see what the fuss is about, but the other part of me reeeeally hopes I don't have anything on me that warrants a more in-depth search.

Actually, I had nothing happen to me. That said, I still have the return flight, so we'll see what happens then.

Honestly for me the full body scanner is OK but i guess it's because I'm used to medical scanners and stuff. ( my health problems require a lot of these exams ) but i admit that there's people who cna have a gread discomfort with these machines or with the body search.

Well, it is all about the passengers who bicker about these policies. But are they justified? When does America stop feeling like America?
