well if this turned out decent then maybe there hope for the How to Train Your Dragon sequel Dreamworks is doing.
I figured they would probably do a decent job anyway with HTTYD since its not just a sequel thats come out of the blue, it is based on a book series, so there's at least a solid foundation for a sequel (Which I know doesn't necessarily mean it will be decent, but I have hopes).
Ive been waiting to see Kung Fu Panda 2 for a while now, Ill wait for it to come out at the cinemas here before I see it.
I've seen it three times now. SO GOOD. Gives me hope for this franchise, for sure. Plus, given that Pixar's offering this year is Cars 2 (whose predecessor was their weakest film), I think KFP2 might actually have the first really good shot in a while to unseat Pixar at the Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature, barring another really good offering. Dreamworks should have had it last year for HTTYD. I think this is their year of revenge.
QWERTYkid911: It's 2021 and I've been thinking this show premise still has so much potential. It had a good run, but I feel like it never really lived up to how good it could be.
