It sounds kind of fun and also can be difficult. It sounds nice, but sometimes names do have a concept behind it, TF. Well, tell us what it does including the concept name behind it.

Well, tell us what it does including the concept name behind it. well it's beyond concept now, it really is established... my software company pushes to design software for gaming consoles, to make them do more than just gaming, but be more like a "tool". For example, the only game console I have designed for right now, is the Sega Genesis. While it's a great gaming machine, it could do other things too.. So far, I made a clock for it, benchmark utility (for overclockers), and a crazy demo. unreleased, is a virtual egg timer.. (which will be released either later today, or tomorrow afternoon).. other utilities are to be made usually almost atleast on a weekly basis, unless i run out of ideas. When i learn programming for other game consoles, i will port most of the same utilities over to the other consoles, so everyone has a fair share..

That's ok if you already said "beyond concept", most companies intend to have funny names too, such as Swimming In Glass, but that's only for fun, not for business.
And go ahead with the smaller projects first before you tackle the bigger ones. We'll see how by the time your business expands as well as running smoothly. I do take a few industry lessons too, I know how the business runs so it'll survive well.

Well, now that's very extreme when funny names are effective. Hope my "Desert Eagle Productions" name will do, that's a future company or department name I'll use.

My programs are treated as "ROM"s, as my programs are regular "binary cartridge" format, like like real ROMs..

Awesome, Unfortunately I rarely use consoles. So do I, I'm more towards PC actually. That's why I mostly play PC games in the first place. X)

well, game consoles are, and will always be better than a PC for gaming.. for one fact: They don't have memory issues, due to an operating system getting in the way..
so I figured, why not make programs for game consoles then? that way, they can run uninterrupted..
