Lawyers don't care. My neighbor is a lawyer, wanna know what a lawyer would say? I know what one would say. They would tell him it's not clear enough (making it bold, italic, etc), if it's on the net, a link should be provided...
I've been around this kind of thing long enough to know that they could also get US into trouble for not lifting a finger..

True however many do worry about their public image especially the news corporations and sueing a disney forum over a member posting news is not all that great for their public relations.
However I have asked MM20 to modify his posting, As that will settle all this

WWE/Benoit timeline Written: June 26, 2007
On Saturday, June 23, Chris Benoit was slated to appear at a WWE live event in Beaumont, Texas. That afternoon, Benoit contacted WWE to inform them that his wife and child were ill, and that he would not be able to attend the show.
WWE executives rebooked Benoit’s flight for the following morning, allowing Benoit to miss the Beaumont event making alternate arrangements for him to attend the pay-per-view event in Houston on Sunday.
WWE employees attempted to confirm with Benoit his travel plans but were unable to contact him.
Early Sunday morning, between 3:51 and 3:58 a.m., Benoit sent five text messages to co-workers:
Text Message 1 to two co-workers (sent 6/24 at 3:53 a.m.) - Chris Benoit’s cell phone “My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane, Fayetteville Georgia. 30215” Text Message 2 to two co-workers (sent 6/24 at 3:53 a.m.) - Chris Benoit’s cell phone “The dogs are in the enclosed pool area. Garage side door is open”
Text Message 3 to two co-workers (sent 6/24 at 3:54 a.m.) - Nancy Benoit’s cell phone “My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane. Fayetteville Georgia. 30215”
Text Message 4 to two co-workers (sent 6/24 at 3:55 a.m.) - Nancy Benoit’s cell phone “My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane. Fayetteville Georgia. 30215"
Text Message 5 to one co-worker (sent 6/24 at 3:58 a.m.) - Nancy Benoit’s cell phone “My address is 130 Green Meadow Lane. Fayetteville Georgia. 30215”
Throughout the day on Sunday, WWE made numerous attempts to contact Benoit both at home and at local hospitals in the Atlanta area. As of 11 p.m., WWE officials were unable to establish contact with Chris Benoit.
At 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 25, WWE officials were notified of the text messages sent to the co-workers the previous day. By 12:45 p.m., WWE had contacted Fayetteville County Sheriff’s office requesting they check on the Benoit family.
Fayetteville County Sheriff's office made contact with WWE at approximately 4 p.m. advising that they had entered the house of Chris Benoit and found three deceased bodies – an adult male, adult female and a male child. WWE was told that Benoit’s home was now considered a major crime scene.
The decision to cancel the live event scheduled in Corpus Christi that night was made between 4 and 5 p.m. In keeping with company policy, and with limited knowledge regarding facts of the case, WWE choose to air a memorial dedicated to the career of Chris Benoit. As facts emerged surrounding the case, all tributes to Chris Benoit were removed both on-air and on WWE.com.

Ok, guys, did you not read TEK's rles in the first post? Practically all I see is fighting. And mm20, provide a link instead of posting articles, and DISSCUSS them! Consider this your fisrt warning. If this continues, I'm locking this thread and banning Wrestling threads altogether. Case closed, no questions asked. Now...talk about wrestling.

For now please, mm20, as your manager, please follow what Arya said, as she said, "Provide a link instead of posting articles" and start discuss them. I already got fed up and possibly sick of you when I told you so many advices but you just read and wouldn't listen. I'm not here to bring a fight anymore, mm20, but to be honest, please do what the others said for now, if your current habit hasn't change and keep on doing all this the same "Copy & Paste" articles, I feel like I no longer want to manage and protect you from the moderators' attacks. Please mm20, listen to them for now, or you'll be as good as dead (Or banned in this case). I totally apologize, for now.

Alright, this is ridiculous... Max Power, Toph Freak, please "debate" your differences in PMs, not in wrestling threads. Your making the enviorment more tense than it needs to be right now. Not only that, but your supposed to be partners, so please settle whatever difference you may have and get over it. MM20, I have just Pm'd you over this. (It will be the last one you get, if your not carefull.) Kokusho, I don't feel you need to get involved. You only be getting stress out of it. Everyone needs to calm down and get a grip. If the fighting continues, this thread will be locked. Final warning.

Relax kokusho this has been settled Understood, Atecom. I hope so. And I understood too, Joker. We'll get things down for now. And mm20, follow The Joker for now, he and I share the same decision of posting links for the articles instead. Please remember what he said, it's best for you to follow what the staff said rather than you repeat your previous actions. Warnings are dangerously close to ban, believe me, I've been to stricter forums before and I also nearly got slaughtered too from several warnings I received from stricter admins.
As for Benoit's update, so far, only the first 3 could figure out? I thought Benoit's parents could also know something about that too. Anyway, this case is quite confusing, we'll see how when the investigators get more info.
