Yeah, I can't wait for Rose's reaction when she see's her big sister. I like the sisterly bonding, but be SURE, you add some Jake/Rose fluff in there too. I like that better. Jake is going to be happy Rose is alive too.

Chapter 3
Rose leaned back against the cold stone wall of the dungeon, pulling her legs up to her chest and resting her chin on her knees.
She hadn’t bothered keeping track of how long she’d been imprisoned; if she thought about it, she knew it would be too much. She had to remain strong if she wanted to survive this.
Survival was all that mattered now.
Her eyes flickered to the door as it swung open, but she felt no fear as Huntsman entered the room. She glanced at him briefly before looking away, focusing on the wall in front of her. She heard Huntsman walk to her, stop just beside her.
Fear didn’t come. Weariness, yes. Fear, no. She knew her fate and accepted it.
“Who is the American Dragon?” Rose closed her eyes. “Hell if I know.” “Don’t play games with me, Huntsgirl. You know who he is.”
She glanced up at him, eyes narrow, wincing when his fingers closed roughly on her arm and dragged her to her feet. He didn’t release her, instead jerked her back slightly so her gaze met his, and her eyes were like blue steel, hard and defiant.
Flashback
He knew she was hurt, badly hurt, he could see the blood darkened by the rain, but still she struggled to her feet, bracing against her Hunts-Staff for support, her chest heaving, but when her chocolate brown eyes locked with his they were dark with defiance.
End flashback
Huntsman released Rose as though her touch had burned him, and she stumbled back; his eyes were wide and glazed, and she knew he wasn’t thinking of her. Curiosity welled in her chest, despite everything.
But the moment passed; his eyes hardened. He stepped towards her, but she did not back away, though she trembled inwardly.
His fisted hand connected solidly with her stomach; sharp, fierce pain ripped through her and a cry escaped her as she fell to her knees, gasping in pain, her arms coming to wrap around her stomach in a defensive gesture. Her breath hissed through gritted teeth, and she glared at Huntsman, not with fear or pleading in her eyes, but with hatred.
“Think about it.”
Without another word, he left her.

It would be so much easier to hate him, C.J. mused, if it wasn’t so obvious he adored her sister.
She had wanted to hate Jake; he was the reason Rose was missing in the first place, the reason she had gotten into the trouble she was now in, the reason she was in danger. But she took one look into his eyes and knew she couldn’t.
d**n.
“There has to be a way to contact her.” Jake ran a hand through his hair, racking his brain. “There’s gotta be. If we could contact her, she could tell us where she is.”
There was a moment of silence as C.J. studied him; as the light glimmered weakly in the room, she noticed something on his wrist. “Is that a dream charm?” “Yeah. Rose gave it to me. Why?” “Well….” C.J. smirked. “One, I also have a dream charm. Two, we could use them to enter Rose’s dreams, and she can tell us where she is.” “… Dude, why didn’t I think of that?”
C.J. smiled easily, but the smile faded. “You said baby sister gave it to you?” “Yeah.”
Silently, C.J. rose, cupping the charm in her hand; grief flickered briefly across her face. “Tory always told us to give them to someone special,” she murmured. “Huh?” “Nothing.”
C.J. stepped back. “So we have a plan, then?” Jake grinned. “Definitely.” “Good. It’s about time I paid baby sister a visit, anyway. I’m two years overdue.”
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Rose’s stomach still throbbed, but the pain had faded slowly. Wincing slightly, she curled up in a tight ball. She had to rest if she wanted to survive. Without her strength, she would be defenseless.
Exhaustion seeped through her, but not totally. The chill of the room made her shiver, and she closed her eyes with a soft murmur.
Just rest, she ordered herself. Don’t think about anything. Just get some sleep.
But although she was tired, sleep didn’t come. It seeped tauntingly within her body, but her mind would not rest.
That was when she realized there was a warm breeze in the room.
Confused, Rose opened her eyes. There was no window in the dungeon; there should have been no breeze, and the air inside was cold and miserable. But there was; it caressed her cheek gently as it blew by, tugged loosely at strands of hair, warming her slightly, and she closed her eyes again with a soft sigh.
“It’s alright, Rosebud. It’s going to be okay. You’ll see.”
The voice was familiar; hauntingly, achingly familiar, and Rose half-opened her eyes, for sleep was finally claiming her. “Tory?” she whispered. “I’m here.”
She surrendered to the darkness.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
When Rose opened her eyes again and found herself in Central Park, she concluded she was dreaming. Wincing, she slowly got to her feet, rubbing her dream charm between her fingers.
She had to contact Jake and warn him. She had to tell him where she was, but figure out a way to convince him to leave her. Saving her was too dangerous.
“Rose!”
But he had come to her. Delight burst through her before she could rein it in, and before she could stop herself she ran across the grass to him. “Jake!” “You’re okay!” His arms were around her, warm and strong. “I’m fine. Listen, Huntsman found out that I was lying.” Rose placed both her hands on Jake’s chest. “He took me back to the Academy. Jake, don’t do anything stupid!”
Before he could ask her to elaborate on what “stupid” was, a soft voice drifted into their reunion. “Am I interrupting something?”
Rose went still in Jake’s arms. That voice… backing away from Jake, Rose hesitantly walked past him.
And found herself gazing at a young woman, her arms crossed, smirking with humor and affection glowing in her chocolate brown eyes. She was clothed in her Huntsclan uniform, but wore no mask. “C.J.,” Rose whispered. “Hey, baby sister.”
Rose could only stare, unaware that she was walking towards her sister. “This has to just be part of the dream,” she murmured. “It has to be.” She took C.J.’s hands in hers. “You’re not… C.J., you… it’s been two years…” “Among other things.” C.J. smiled sadly. “You… you’re gone.” Tears welled in Rose’s eyes. “I saw the blood on Huntsman’s Staff. You’re gone.”
C.J. didn’t bother trying to correct Rose, instead drawing the younger girl into her arms, holding her close while she wept. As sobs racked her body, Rose rested her head on C.J.’s shoulder, and the tears she had held back for so long poured out. C.J. closed her eyes, turning her cheek against Rose’s hair.
“I’m sorry, baby sister.” Her voice trembled with unshed tears. “I’m so sorry.”

I couldn't figure out if C.J. was disapointed or pleased that Rose gave the dream charm to Jake. I think she was disapointed, but I don't know. UPDATE SOON.

Chapter 4
“What did she mean?” C.J. sighed. “She thinks I’m dead. Very simple, really.” “But why? You’re alive! Why does she think you’re dead?” “Because I disappeared two years ago.”
C.J. said it in a quiet tone, but the finality in her voice silenced the questions whirling through Jake’s mind. She crossed her arms over her belly in a subconscious gesture, sighed.
“The dream charm baby sister gave you, Jake, belonged to our sister, Tory. She raised us after our parents died. She was nineteen years old, and she died defending me and Rose. Rose was only eleven at the time. When she was twelve, a lot of crap was going on.” C.J. closed her eyes. “She was still hurting from Tory’s death, and the Huntsman blamed her for what happened. He wanted to exile her, because of that, and because I insisted on staying at the Academy until she graduated.”
Jake inhaled uneasily. “Exile?” he said. “What does exile mean?” “It means, genius, that you’re kicked out of the Huntsclan for the rest of your life,” C.J. snapped, on her last nerve; seeing Rose again had taken an unexpected emotional toll on her. “It means that all ties to your blood kin are severed, you never see them again. It means you’re completely on your own, and if you die out there nobody gives a hoot.”
The temper Tory had always scolded her on was brewing dangerously close to the surface; C.J. took a deep breath, struggling for calm.
“Rose was twelve years old, Jake. She was still a baby by Huntsclan standards. She never would have lasted if she’d been exiled, if she’d been separated from me like that.” “How old were you?” “Sixteen.”
C.J. massaged her temples. “The final straw was when Rose tangled with an older apprentice. I never knew exactly what happened, but I’d never seen baby sister so angry. Huntsman was furious. He was more then ready to kick her out of the Huntsclan; she was becoming a nuisance to him, one he felt he didn’t need.” Jake frowned. “But… but Rose was still in the Huntsclan when I met her. She was Huntsgirl. How did that happen if Huntsman wanted to exile her?”
C.J. laughed, but there was no bitterness in the sound, only grief. “He exiled me instead.”
A long, stunned silence followed this comment; finally, Jake swallowed. “You? Why did he exile you?” “Because I gave him hell. I challenged him to a battle.” She smiled humorlessly. “If I won, I’d take Rose’s exile upon myself and leave the Huntsclan. If he won, he’d exile her.”
C.J. trailed off for a moment, took a deep breath.
“I think a part of me knew I’d win. I went to Rose before the battle, just to say goodbye. She was totally wiped out, but I think she had some idea of what was going on. It was easier somehow, that way. I couldn’t have handled it if she was totally alert.”
She stood, paced restlessly; the limp was becoming more pronounced now, Jake noted. “Your ankle…” “Huntsman got a lucky shot early on. Completely destroyed it. The doctors said I’d never be able to walk right, much less run.” C.J. smirked. “I pushed myself and proved them wrong, but my ankle can only withstand so much pressure before it collapses.” “And what about that scar on your back?”
Spud fell silent as all eyes turned on him. “I’m just saying,” he muttered. “I saw it when she turned around.” C.J. smiled weakly. “You probably did.” “Can I see it?”
C.J. tensed automatically, forced herself to relax. “Sure.”
Spud walked behind her, pushing the shirt up; all three teenagers’ eyes widened. This wasn’t a neat little scar like they had seen in movies. This scar was long and jagged and mean, slashing from her waist so high up her back they couldn’t push the shirt up enough to see the end if it.
“Gee,” Spud whispered. “What happened?”
C.J. bit her lip. What was done was done, and there was no reason to bring it back. But it might soothe her mind.
“Call it another lucky shot by the Huntsman.” She remembered the pain, the incredible flash of white heat. “I lost track of him; it was raining, and I couldn’t see. I’d landed a few blows of my own, but my ankle throbbed like hell and I knew I wouldn’t last much longer. Then he jumped me. He had his Staff in before I could even turn.”
She could still feel it ripping through her flesh, still smell her own blood. “I knew I was dead, and I kept thinking that I’d let Rose down. Don’t ask me how, but I got back up and managed to take him down.” She smiled humorlessly. “I won.”
Another long silence followed her story. C.J. closed her eyes.
“We have to save Rose.” Her voice trembled. “She means a lot to you, but she means more to me. I can’t lose her now.”
