Right, so here's the thing: when I write my fanfics, I write them on Microsoft Word. Then, when they're complete, I copy and paste them onto the forum. Which is what I've done for years now.
Here's the issue, though- for some reason unbeknownst to myself, whenever I paste the story on here, everything is completely jumbled-- and it is NOT on my word document.
For example, I might have the following typed on Word:
(dramatization)
So then the star fell out of the sky and hit Chuck Norris on the head. But Chuck Norris was pissed, so he threw the star back up into the sky
Then the star bounced. It was weird. It made no sense. Kind of like Raffi's face.
And then the werewolves came and killed all the vampires, because werewolves are better than vampires.
The End
(/end)
Alright, and here's how it comes out when I copy and paste it:
(dramatization)
So then the star fell out of the sky and hit Chuck Norris on the head. But Chuck Norris was pissed, so he threw the star back up into the sky
Then the star bounced. It was weird. It made no sense. Kind of like Raffi's face.
And then the werewolves came and killed all the vampires, because werewolves are better than vampires.
The End
(/end)
And I'm not exactly getting why it's doing this, because it looks fine on Word- spaced and such. And when I copy it all, there are notable spaces that are being 'copied' it in between the paragraphs as well.
I'm guessing that all I need to do is simply push the enter key twice so that I can be completely sure that it'll work. It'll make an even huger space, though. So I dunno.
Am I just crazy, or is there a solution to this other than what I mentioned already?
