DREAMS Well, hi...did you know about the dreams thing? It has become more frequent and it is starting to freak me out. So far it has happened like 10 times in a row [no blood spill now].
#1- Shoulder scratches #2- Broken Neck #3- Torn Lip #4- Torso Scratches .....
Is somebody injuring me in the middle of the night or are dreams true? Everytime I think about this, I will fall sick and have to go to a doctor.
VISIONS I am also rarely able to see visions of the future through dreams like lets say if we dream we were doing a geog test witha question you are trying to answer. It came out the next two days EXACTLY the same as the dream.
SHIVERS Everywhere, whenever, wherever. I would receive electric surges through my spine every now and then; and I would jolt. Am i having a nerval problem? or something else?
Please help if you can...all these are true and I REALLY CANNOT TAKE THESE THINGS ANYMORE!!!!! IT'S FREAKING ME OUT

Your dreams:
#1- Shoulder scratches - You must be scratching yourself, thinking it's what your body is confused and makes it happen in your dream and IRL. #2- Broken Neck - Your sleeping wrongly, causing cramps. #3- Torn Lip - chewing on your lip?? #4- Torso Scratches - Same as shoulders.
Visions Simply Deja vu
Shivers: I have no explanation

I don't think it's really possible to break your neck while sleeping unless you're consistently balanced enough to sleep while doing a headstand.
Do you mean you just have pains in your neck? It could be your mattress.

It could be your mattress. Well its been rumoured that If you fall to your death in your dreams, the shock could cause you to have a heart attack and kill you, however the person would probably have to be really unhealthy.

People randomly get shivers a lot... even when it's not cold. One time I was shivering a lotat a high temperature, it just happens.

Thanks for the dream one guys and my mattress is fine yet need more help on that. Oh yes and the scratches are not normal human scratches. They were right from my dream. The scratches are: Width - 1.5cm; Length - 5cm. If you don't call that weird, I don't know what to say. (dragons scratched me in me dream) =.=
Chaos: The shivers are not those cold shivers but the electric currents that runs through my spines that made me jolt once but happens frequently.
I guess that the visions are dejavu but its still continuing even now. Thanks for the help on the visions
The dreams and the shivers are not yet convinced

DREAMS Well, hi...did you know about the dreams thing? It has become more frequent and it is starting to freak me out. So far it has happened like 10 times in a row [no blood spill now]. #1- Shoulder scratches #2- Broken Neck #3- Torn Lip #4- Torso Scratches ..... Is somebody injuring me in the middle of the night or are dreams true? Everytime I think about this, I will fall sick and have to go to a doctor. All of those can very well be self-inflicted. I know a guy who had a dream that someone was choking him, but when he woke up from the shock of being murdered slowly, he found his own hands around his neck. He was choking himself. I recently had a dream were my pet snake bit me; I quikly pulled my hand away from the snake so I wouldn't get bit, but the shock was so great I hit myself in the face. (Really hard I might add. ) I've had dreams like this before. It's just a combination of Deja Vu and coincidence. I get those when it's cold, or when I hear the sound of plastic crakling, or a high pitched scream. Just calm down. Your making this bigger than it really is. Why don't you do a few searches on wikipedia? I'm sure you can find some solid scientific answers. Well its been rumoured that If you fall to your death in your dreams, the shock could cause you to have a heart attack and kill you, however the person would probably have to be really unhealthy. It is posible to have heart attacks from nightmares; However, the shock of you about to "die" would force you out of your sleep. Actually, my father has "hit bottom" in a dream before. He said that it was the scariest thing that has ever happened to him... When he jolted awake, he flew into the air as if he was rebounding from off the ground. His best-friend watched him do it. It scared the crap out of his friend.

^ If you scratched yourself multiple times in the same area they could become larger than they were originally. Right? If these "scratches" were "deep cuts", then I would believe you that something is happening while you sleep, however, that's obviously not the case. As for these "jolts", I never said sounds are what cause them in general. I said sounds are what seem to trigger it for me.
