You guys are familar with tv that have the red, yellow, and white connections on both the back and the front.
The back is connection is to video 1, and the front is to video 2, my question is it dangerous to have both jumper cables to the tv?
This is in reguard to connecting a video game?

Well, I think I have an idea of what you're talking about. I connected both my DVD wires to my TV and that's not dangerous, so I don' think connecting the Video game cable will be.

I think I can better help explain it. I am referring to RCA cables, you know the Red, Yellow, and White cables, I use the back of the tv to connect to my cable box and DVD player, my tv Instruction says to use the front of the tv to connect to video game system.
I just wondering if it is risking to have the RCA connectors on both the front and back of the tv connected to something at the same time.
The back of the tv connection is known as video 1 and the front of the tv is video 2, I hope you understand what I mean by the information.
BTW, I connected the video game system it works fine, but to play it safe I disconneted the RCA connectors at the back of the tv.

If it was unsafe to have multiple RCA devices hooked up to the television at the same time they wouldn't have manufactured the TV with multiple ports for it. At any rate, it's perfectly safe to leave both devices plugged in. Your TV's not going to explode on you or anything.

With two different devices, I don't think so.
There are two ways televisions usually react to this:
The inputs on the front override the ones on the back. So, if the device connected to the front is on, the one connected to the back will be ignored.
There are two seperate AV channels, AV1 and AV2. These channels are independent and don't affect each other. I have a tv like this, with the digital settop box hooked up to channel AV1 and my dvd player or Playstation2 hooked up to channel AV2.

no it wont be dangerous at all, there is nothing to worry about all the RCA plugs do is take an input from your game system. You can plug the RCA ports into any jack you want and it will still work the same. Just make sure to set the input to "line 1 or 2" or something like that.
