I'm the type of person who takes forever to get used to something new - I'm horrible with timezone changes, and it took me FOREVER to get used to the season two style. As in, like, months, was how long it took. After that, I either like it, or I really hate it, so it's hard to say exactly how it'd play out for me if it was anime. Looks like someone needs to be more open-minded!

Well guys, even if Disney did decide to make an ADJL anime it's not really gonna be what you guys want. Just look at the Lilo and Stitch one. www.youtube.com/watch?v=K69OV7Oe-f8 It looks cute but what happened to Lilo. D8 I actually think an American Dragon anime wouldn't be all that bad. I don't really like anime that much, but still, I think I'd like it.

The rest looked like the original to me, but Lilo... 0_0

D8 Well I think assuming that the same thing, or something similar, would happen with an AD:JL anime remake is a bit of generalisation. Which is something kind of hard to make at this point, especially seeing as thus far, that is the only example of a disney original show being made into an anime we know of. But hey, I could be wrong. I just think it's a bit early to make judgements. I mean at this point, it's pretty unlikely any further episodes of AD:JL are going to be made, let alone in the form of an anime. xD

That only makes it better: Chances of ADJL actually returning are, let's stay realistic, VERRY SMALL. Anime or not, if it would come back, I would probably love it
and I know I WONT be the only one! >:]

The reason that Lilo in the anime version looks so strange is because it's not actually Lilo at all. It's actually a girl named Hanako.
I guess I wouldn't be opposed to an ADJL anime remake, but the problem, for me, would be finding English dubs over here in the US, should it only air in Japan. I'm just not sure that ADJL would be the kind of show, however, that would be made into an anime. But depending on how the Stitch series goes, it may or may not even be considered.

I laughed at how bad it was... Anyways, i've changed my mind now that i saw the trailer + one episode... I thought it was gonna look completely different, but it turns out to be pretty familiar, but if we're gonna have an anime version we MUST have the American actors otherwise I won't be able to stand it!

but if we're gonna have an anime version we MUST have the American actors otherwise I won't be able to stand it! Huh, well I'm usually the opposite when it comes to anime. In that, I prefer the Japanese dubs over the English. However, I guess this might be an exception, seeing as I'm already used to the current voice actors. lol Anyway, if AD:JL were to have an anime, I'm assuming it would be like any other. Starting out originally with Japanese voice actors and then eventually getting English ones.

It'd take a really long time for it to get around the world, too. Haha.

As far as voice acting goes: It won't get any more realistic then that. Jake Long, his dragon-side of the family is chineese (Long being the name of the first chineese dragon who created earth according to myth) and we cant hear the difference between japaneese and chineese anyway And it's not like we'd notice if the japaneese can see an episode a few days earlier then we do. Gogo Disney, sell your rights to TokioTV or whoever does the anime remakes!
